I dont know if the kernel-version is causing problems, its an old
experimental kernel version, however the following example should work,
providing you are using a version of the ax25-utils which supports the
kernel version number.
route add 44.xx.xx.xx window 432 irtt 6000 ax0
The relavant ifconfig line would look something like;
ifconfig ax0 44.153.0.6 hw ax25 lu9aum mtu 256
The above should result in 2 packets of 216 bytes in one transmission.
