Redhat aout -> tpp

Hi,
RH 6.0 and tpp (convers server).
I have no lib /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-linuxaout/egc-2.91.66/
thus, tpp will not compile.
Any sugestion to this?
Would any one's else binary run here?
