FBB and Telnet

Strange one here... FBB answers telnet, then, after authentication, it does
this:

KE4UWL BBS. TELNET Access

Callsign : ke4uwl
Password : xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Logon Ok. Type NP to change password.

Connection closed by foreign host.

That's as far as it gets.... very odd.

Running xfbb or xfbbd.

Thoughts?
