Baycom driver stops working sometimes .. ?

 Hi all !
I use the baycom_ser_hdx driver for baycom modem with the 2.2.6 kernel. Time to time
the driver stops receiving and sending packets (the outgoing packets are visible in 
the monitor but they're not sent, the TX packets number shown by 'ifconfig' doesn't 
increase). When switch the bcsh0 interface down and up, the driver starts to work 
again - for some time. 

The baycom_ser_fdx driver doesn't transmit at all...

Does anybody know what's wrong ?
