OK, we're getting somewhere.  Now where can I find out more about this?  I'm
aware that bitstuffing is used, but how is NRZI applied?  Is 1200Hz the mark
or the space?  Etc.

There should be some kind of written document on this.  Looking at the
source code to TNC-2 is not sufficient for my needs, as my time is quite
valuable to me.
