Equinox (www.equinox.com) has some fine intelligent serial cards with
Linux driver (SST:super serial technology).
Cyclades is maybe one of the manufacturers that is realy doing everything
with Linux support, but I don't have experience with their cards, yet :-)
As for PCI/ISA dilema, I would suggest PCI as new motherboards are coming
with so little expansion slots and ISA is wanishing.
