One vendor of ready to use solutions in the US is PacComm (
http://www.paccomm.com/ ). They have dealers listed around the world on
their web site. Kantronics ( http://www.kantronics.com/ ) also has TNCs
that will handle from 300 to 38k4 (the KPC-9612 plus). Most of the
newer mobile radios from the major manufacturers include 9k6 ports.
Tekk makes data radios for packet that you can get wide if filters for
to handle the higher data rates ( > 9k6).
There are other dealers, these are just the ones that came up with a
quick web search.
