I've modified aprsd to use linux sockets instead of using a TNC directly.
Before I release the patch or pass it on to Dale WA4DSY (aprsd author)
I would like to get some more testing; our APRS network here isn't
very busy. Anyone interested?
It still supports TNCs, so it would be good if someone could test that
too -- I haven't tried it, but I may have broken it.
