The server to server protocol spec is in the doc/SPECS file in Hessu's 1.22
distribution. It's poorly documented but seems to be all there. If you don't
have that file then email me privately and I'll send it to you.
It includes Brian Lantz's mods to the protocol (Nicknames, extended user
command, observers and such).
