The official site is now http://hams.sourceforge.net/ax25/, download
from: http://sourceforge.net/project/?group_id=1493.  The current
version of ax25-tools is 0.0.6 which includes the smdiag/smmixer
programs again.  Just in case someone missed Craigs recent
announcement.
