Hi Ron,

Try adding 'pe1mvx.ampr.org' to /etc/sendmail.cw.  This is a file that
specifies aliases that your machine should accept mail for.  DNS should
be resolving fine, so I'm not quite sure why sendmail is deferring
the message, but it probably won't accept it unless it knows that the
hostname is one of its own.
