Add 5 to be sure and that's it. From what I know the longest
name is "Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia" -> n=37+5=42.
I hope it will finally be shortened :-))
As it should be "enter once" data I think it is irrelevant if it takes
couple of more bytes for storage.
As I am currently working on IOTA contest logging program I am very
curious where this conversation will end. New release of my CW kernel
support will be ready for July (as initial version of "voice keyer",too)
if it can help in designing this logging program.
