If I have understood you corectly, you will have to have separate
table(s) as it will be one-to-many relation (one prefix , couple of
IOTA references), many-to-one (different prefixes, same IOTA) or
many-to-many depending what you need (IOTA for prefix or prefixes
for IOTA).
