Is the tiny dropping back to TNC2 command mode.
hence when data is sent to the tiny2 the STA led is on, indicating data
waiting to be sent.
Easy to test if you have a second PC and a terminal program and do a
ctl/c and see if it responds cmd:
Had this before on my test bsx tnc. I run 7 tiny2's on my server.
