List owners, postmasters, legitimate subscribers and US citizens
This SPAM is not only passed through _one_ list, I know it has gone
to linux-admin and linux-newbie as well, very likely all the others
as well. Linux-admin, alone, has about 1000 subscribers, what about
the other lists ?
I do not know if the **** forges the mail headers or what else,
as you can see from the headers I have added, he seems to use a new
provider each time.
For the SPAM to have any value to the **** the postal address and
phone number would have to be good, which would make him a US citizen
or resident.
I reckon, that the only way to silence the **** for good, is to bring
out the heavy artillery.
To the best of my understanding, what he does is in breach of FCC
regulations.
A few hundred complaints to the FBI, from US citizens, each time
he SPAM our lists, might have a desirable result.
