Hi,
This seems like very interesting.
I have some computer controlled rigs in my shack, like FT-847, IC-735, etc.
I've been programming some different programs on Linux to control the radios.
(Since our company specialize in such areas) HI ;)
I was working on a "driver" (loadable module) for use with SatTrack, but gave that
idea up when it all could be done with a
named pipe. (The SatTrack program write to /dev/civ or /dev/yaesu) and thus
controlling the radios
frequencies autmagicly.
If I could be of any help or such, just let me now.
I haven't heard of a HAM-API before, but it all seems like a great idea.
Anyway, keep me posted about this will you?
Thanks!
Regards / Jrgen Overgaard
