strncpy() is deprecated for use on NUL-terminated destination strings
[1] and as such we should prefer more robust and less ambiguous string
interfaces.

sbp->sb_fname may not be NUL-terminated while label is expected to be.
memtostr best describes this behavior, specifically, use the pad variant
since we're copying out to userspace.
