I prefer it to be just before 22:00. Some people dial to their ISPs at
22:00, and do not stay connected till around midnight, having to wake up in
the morning, unlike some nightly creatures on this list. :)

My opinion is that digests should be sent at 22:00 (if the time can be
configured, that is...)
