I don't have experience with Actcom, but do have with Internet Zahav. You
*can not* count on them. The only department that works good there is
marketing (does this remind you anything?). The rest is pure c**p. It's
striclty IMHO, but if I were you, I'd hold myself as far from them as
possible. Especially that they cost more.
