That's exactly the point. Surely, if you are friend of department head or,
better, brother of a CEO, you have no problems whatever. But if I'm their
client (or work for their client) - mind you, client that pays them money
- and they just don't move their sitting devices until I call them five
times (every time they promise to call me back - they never do) - that's
what I call crappy service. Good for you you have private acquiantance
with needed pople, but the point of service is not this - this is not
a dating club. The point is to serve clients. So, the conclusion is, if
you don't know somebody there who'll make you protection - don't go there.
That's exactly what I said. And believe me, that's not only my private
horror story - I heard this many times from others also.
