Not that I know. How do you imagine it? What about mails to nobody@,
httpd@, uucp@, halt@, daemon@ and other funny users?

Maybe UserDb feature could help... You might also use procmail recipes (or
sendmail recipes, if you like to write something in the $*@&#$*$# style) 
to reject users not from /etc/mailusers.

I fear that's a bit beyond what aliases were designed to do. Use procmail
or some mailing list manager.
