The whole point of GPL is the fact you MUST realse the source code,
and that anyone can change/add/distribute it as long as they release the
source code with it.
futhermore any code based on GPL code much be GPL as well..
The only thing you can do is reserve engineer the code (which is not
really hard when you have the source) and write it again.
But since you enjoy other free GPL product why being egoist and not
releasing the source in the first place?
