Have you seen KDE > Konqeuror supports SSL? you didn't? then look at: > http://devel-home.kde.org/~granroth/konq-crypto.png First, if the KDE guys wouldn't jump all over with each new features, why did they lunch Konqi's site? And yes, it states with a bold font, and a <h5> that konqi got ssl, ecmascript, java, and all those featuers, and that its based on KParts and stuff like this. I'm generally not interested in KDE, but you advertise all its features and stuff so hard, that even I had to hear it. And don't judge the GNOME community by 2 commercial companies (Helix and Eazel). Its their problem that they want publicity and somebody that could invenst in them. About stability, this machine is running for a couple of weeks, and it goes down only because of power failures. I run HelixGNOME. Its by far more stable then any other desktop enviroment - and don't forget its development. And why do you slam only one desktop enviroment? Go ahead, joke on Enlightenment (You know it got nothing to do with GNOME, do you? And You know its becoming an independent desktop enviroment. Raster is now developing a file manager for it, and other stuff. Please remember, not me, nor Moshe Zadka, nor anyone else of the GNOME people said anything bad on KDE. Take a look at the posts in this thread (2 posts). Compare. I don't want to start a flame war here, but it really annoyed me. What Miguel does is not my problem. I don't have to like Miguel to use its company's (and my and anybody else who contributed to it) product, if I like the product. Miguel does not say "GNOME will become like this". Its users do. Thats the way its in KDE, GNOME and any other free software community. So don't blame GNOME for Miguel's stupidity/anything else. -- Best Regards, David Tabachnikov (NetHunter) Please sign the Linux driver petition at http://www.libranet.com/petition.html ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
