That's because all Marc's mails get out in Base64, and mailing list,
failing to recognize that, adds footer to them in plain text, which is
obviously not a good Base64-decodable string.

Simplest way - vi Mailbox and remove the footer from the message. Advanced
ones can install short procmail filter :)
