You should use actcom they give you a fixed IP Actually there is no reason why all ISV's should not give you a fixed IP for ADSL Nezeq even tried to convince me this was impossible "with this technology" to quote there salesman. When I told him actcom is giving me a fix IP he had to shut up. a few month later they called again to inform me they can supply but I don't plan to switch. I also remeber another Israeli ISV telling me I will need a commercial agreement for $100 or more a month to get a fixed IP. As usuall in this country if they can fuck you they do. Ghiora
