What is the "-iso_language HE" for? or did I not specify the right iso code

I have no clue as to what you are talking about. What does my Hebrew +
English document have to do with Polish?
ALSO: my main question was not why the file needs manual work. I know that,
and I realized how imense the work is by loking at the source code. I simply
have no idea where I should include my modifications. I think it would be
great if future documentations of GPLed programs include a manual to figure
out what part of the source code does what.
MY MAIN QUESTION was: why are the options "-footnode" and "-split 1" not
respected in Hebrew docuemnts, even as they work on English documents?
Thanks so far. I am going to try latex2rtf and report to you. The only
problem is that I have no Hebrew capable rtf understanding wordprocessor. I
will have to try a round trip and see how much was lost.
