As for stability and performance - it's MUCH better then the standard Wine. Of 
course - it's a commercial release - so you'll need to subscribe at least for 
a month ($5) in order to download it.

The CVS version of WIneX doesn't have the copy protection handling and some 
other parts (inter-process stuff, etc)

Transgaming (the WineX authors) will release soon WineX 2.0 which will run Max 
Payne, War Craft 3, Age of Empire II and other games...
