starcraft runs perfectly on wine. just compile --enable-opengl.
i use an empty "windows/system" directory and the game works off the box
(where the hell is directx then?). I could not install it, thought. I once
could install it, so it's wine fault.
One thing that does bother me is that when I move the mouse cursor to the
edges, the screen gets scrolled outside of win32 window, how can I disable
it? using wine? using some local setting (to a specific user) in X?
(off topic: I am having trouble finishing the 7'th level of the protos, I
will be glad if I someone could assist me)
