It's not THAT easy, and you have several challenges.

For example, you need 2 accounts in each ISP (one ADSL and one dial-
up). Of course, BezeqNet and the special ADSL "guest" account can be
used for this purpose, or even a robot can loop through the various
ISP's using these special accounts.

I thought about the trick you mentioned, but was afraid that proxies
can be smart enough to deal with it. Or have a timeout, that if there
is no request in that timeout, the connection is done directly.

Yes. And the correct question is: "Are they still exist", because there
were 2.

And in any case, they didn't contain any information about transparent
proxies.
