It's not THAT easy, and you have several challenges. For example, you need 2 accounts in each ISP (one ADSL and one dial- up). Of course, BezeqNet and the special ADSL "guest" account can be used for this purpose, or even a robot can loop through the various ISP's using these special accounts. I thought about the trick you mentioned, but was afraid that proxies can be smart enough to deal with it.
