The best way to check transparent proxying is to make a webserver that
serves dynamic content (such as a counter) but without the Pragma: No-Cache
header, thus asking to be cached. This should be made both on IIX and
abroad.

Then the robot should to the following:
1. Request the page and store the value.
2. Request the page again. Check if the same value. If so, there is a proxy
   running. Try checking proxy identification.
3. Request the page again with no-cache header. If the same value, the proxy
is caching even when it should not. This is a major problem.

This should be done for both webservers on each connection.
