More-or-less solution in your case - to prevent someone from forging your
address in the future (by virus or by a targeted action of your rivals) -
is to use PGP/GPG/other brand of digital signature. Create youself a key
with one of the systems and advertise to all your clients by both e-mail
and the site that you'll always send signed messages and that a message
from you without a signature should be considered a forge and as such
ignored.

Andre.
