Outlook/exchange can provide all kinds of functionalities. Mail Server/POP Server/Mail Client is one. You need NOT run Exchange for just MTA/POP/IMAP. Howver, Exchange/Outlook can also provide calendar sharing and the ilk. Linux has not such function (yes, I know all you rabid bigots, there are alternatives, but that was NOT the question - the alternatives will NOT interoperate without LOOK). > As I remember it from a few years ago exchange was just a mail server, > if this is the situation today there should be no problem right? This suggests the office does not use calendaring or am i reading too much into this? ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
