There are also lectures, so it's marginal, I suppose. It all depends
on what the CFO and the accountants decide (the latter will probably
say that it's a great way to improve the company's balance sheet in
this quarter, especially if they are the auditors, too :-)

I suspect it is the only truly legal option for the organizers (no
connection to the deduction dilemma).
