I accept this fact. And those people who do not upgrade their software and
hardware, should accept the fact that some people will not move a finger
to support them. The HTML I prepare is not IE-only, but I specifically do
not support Netscape 4.7x because it is broken. If it was standards
compliant and solid, and open-source, I would have.

Now, given a choice between making my site looks good on broken browsers,
and making my life a bit easier, I choose the other option. I upgraded my
computer and Linux system several times in the past and it was usually not
an entirely negative experience.
