Do they block the proxy port as well? (8080/3128) Maybe you could set up a squid that never connects directly and if its possible access more then one proxy server...

Maybe there is any conflict between the way that the Linux-ADSL is working and new routers at 012? I don't have any idea. I just know that 012 used to work perfectly, and recently it stops working, sometimes for minutes, sometimes for hours.
