Do they block the proxy port as well? (8080/3128)
Maybe you could set up a squid that never connects directly and if its possible access 
more then one proxy server...

Maybe there is any hack or trick?
Or a smart transparent proxy that recognize different computers and
browers that access it simultaneously?

working and new routers at 012?

I don't have any idea.
I just know that 012 used to work perfectly, and recently it stops
working, sometimes for minutes, sometimes for hours. And since most of
the services continue to work (i.e. 012's website, ftp to any site,
ping anything, traceroute anything) I guess that it is a trick they use
to compensate some of their users at the expense of others, who they
think access the Internet from more than one PC.
