I sent a post to linux-il-announce, and apparently it is still stuck

- there is a (now active) link to the Haifa event page, with the
agenda and other info. The registration form allows you to register
for one or both events.  There is also a separate registration page
linked from the Haifa event URL. You need to register only once, of
course.
