I sent a post to linux-il-announce, and apparently it is still stuck in the moderator's spool there. So for the impatient among us: Please check again the IBM page, http://www-5.ibm.com/il/news/events/gnulinux - there is a (now active) link to the Haifa event page, with the agenda and other info. The registration form allows you to register for one or both events. There is also a separate registration page linked from the Haifa event URL.
