The ISOC conference seems to be run by people who are already diehard Microsoft junkies. Just a few small quotes from the callforpapers (translated to English for the benfit of both who refuse to read email containing Hebrew): "... Abstracts must be sent in RTF/WORD format ... Font: David size 12 ... The lecturer will provide the Power Point presentation ...." Note, by the way, that the "call for papers" ended in October. So if talking about this now was an attempt to get people to send in papers, well, it's too late... Morover, according to the site the decisions of the organizing commitee were to be given to the proposers by December 15th - so if you didn't get a positive answer, the answer is probably - try again next year :( -- Nadav Har'El | Sunday, Dec 29 2002, 24 Tevet 5763 [EMAIL PROTECTED] |----------------------------------------- Phone: +972-53-245868, ICQ 13349191 |He who dies with the most toys is still http://nadav.harel.org.il |dead -- Citibank billboard, Manhattan 2001 ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
