Well... Vim.

Vim has parens mirroring. But not well done. Probably because it was done
for LaTeX and for visual Hebrew and not for the more complex unicode bidi.

The keymap of vim needs to be modified, but then it would be more
problematic for LaTeX. And since I use it for LaTeX, I figure someone else
wiill have to do that, because I have some other priorities at the moment
:-)  .

There are also also bidi emacs, the linux console, yudit, and some others,
probably.
