Of course not, this is free software -- you can have the cat both
live and dead at the same time :-)

Each distro (Debian, RedHat Linux, Linux-From-Scratch, etc.) can
cater to a different audience.  Non-of this interfere with the next
release of Grandma-Linux :-)

This is one of the important features that isn't understood well
by the media who is talking about the "fragmentation" of Linux.
