Good idea.  Funding 50 students for 20,000NIS each, to do their 50
mid-size projects, will be much more effective than funding a single group
of developers for 1,000,000NIS to do a single major project.

Board members, start working on getting the amuta recognized for tax
purposes (so that monetary donations to the amuta will be tax-deductible).
