I have been sufficiently active in the NPO world to know that the process
of getting recognized for tax purposes is a long process. But even a long
process needs to start sometime (as the Chinese say - even a 1000 mile
long journey starts with a single step). So start now doing whatever is
needed to accomplish this distant goal.
