If memory serves correctly: 
 
MS bought 5% of SCO shares back then when they sold Xenix to SCO, and then MS sold 
those shares.  
 
Now SCO have something like $10 millions in the bank. My guess is this money will be 
burned 
on legal fees (David Boeis's rates are not cheap, you know).
