I'd suggest looking at the area of content management - to make sure the
systems are in sync without too much manual work.

I was reffering to the disks, nothing about the controller.
As for the RAID controller - there was a thread about RAID controllers
here on the list a couple of months ago, if I remember correctly, you
might want to check the archives.
