Several people mentioned that Otsar Ha-Hayal is subsidiary of Hapoalim, and the URL
is the same.
A client of Otsar Ha-Hayal reported the site works with RH9.1 (severn ?) and MDK,
Mozilla 1.3.1 and 1.4
