With mozilla, all you have to do is re-set the encoding manually, and reload the page. I think Shoshana Forbes, or someone else who know what they are talking about, said that it is related to a known Mozilla bug. Oh, and you may find my own *DANGEROUS* perl script interesting. It tries to summarize a few pages off the poalim site. As written inside, it is GPLed (see exception!) and comes with absolutely no warranty.
