This is, in a nutshell, the Free Software creed. Nothing here says anything about a software user right to make a profit from the reputation of the person who wrote the software. For me, what RedHat has put in the EULA thus far is nothing more then reminding people of the two sentences I've written above. I understand that what you're angry about is the mechasnism of doing that mroe then the actual content and I might even agree with you on some level, except that I don't feel it's a big issue.
