thanks for all the help guys .

but it seems that the problem was "solved" for me with the fact that the
superblock and the  inodes table were out.

when i run the fsck on the infected partition which was / - the "fix"
that the fsck did eresed my entire init , etc, sbin and the rest of the
boot parameters needed.

if anyone knows of a way to restore the system after that - i'd be happy
to know .
as of this momnet it seems that my only other option is to reinstall the
system with hopes of not losing much data.

get into ram disk with a minimal set of tools and try from there.
