No they don't. Businesses are happy to pay to get gurantees, results, hand holding and just plain to have someone else deal with the whole thing - sometime they KNOW how to download, compile and install and debug but just don't want to spend their time doing it. They want to spend their time dealing with the business. Business people don't care if the money paid is called "licesense fees" or "support" - which means hackers can charge MORE for supporting Free Software then proprietry one.
