If you want this hack so much, write a dam perl script which reverses the msgstr of the po files, run this sucker on the po available and get a debian hebrew installer.
I hope you understand that while it will work, it's a damm hack. (a nice one tough, since it lets the translators use kbabel or poedit for the actual work).
