The one time we has a proper voting, current behaviour won. I'm glad to see that the current rate of "once every half year" is not diminishing, though.

To Alfredo - hit "Reply to all" if you want to reply to the list, "reply" if you want to reply to the person. The first is good strategy even if you are on a list that does have "reply to". I know of no strategy for achieving the later if you are on such a list, which is, in a nutshell, why "Reply to" was voted against.
